At Scentsational Cars, we keep delivery simple and reliable.

Processing time

  • Orders are processed Mon–Sat, 9:00am–7:00pm.

  • Orders placed before 12:00pm are eligible for same-day delivery (where available).

  • Orders placed after 12:00pm are typically delivered the next business day.

Delivery areas

  • We deliver within Kenya, with fastest delivery in Nairobi and surrounding areas.

  • If your area is outside our standard zones, we’ll contact you to confirm options.

Delivery fees

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout (or confirmed after checkout where applicable).

  • Free Delivery applies to orders over KES 10,000.

Order updates

  • You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout.

  • If we need to confirm your address or delivery instructions, we may contact you via phone or WhatsApp.

Important notes

  • Please ensure your phone number and delivery address are correct at checkout.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details or being unreachable, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
